I have just discovered how much of a geek nicky really is. I am at my night class it has been really good tonight i enjoyed it alot apart from katherine has really poor attitude but she looks mighty fine lol. I will say goodbye now as katherine is wasting away and wants to go home to steve (urgh). aprt from that my day at work was good as well

 I had  a real bad day at work today because i was short staffed and really busy. A college asked me if i would take a call of her because she couldn't help so i agreed when i got the call all the customer wanted to know was do we still do profile 22 which everybody knows i asked the customer then was really annoyed. So i sent her a real shitty email saying i was busy and only wanted calls if she actually couldn't deal with but she had to try. I now relise, that i should of just gone over said i no your busy as well but if you could just help me out i would appreciet it rather than just loosing my temper.

Aspects of dealing with customers

 The visual doesnt realy apply to my job becuse i dont see customers face to face. I only deal with them over the telephone or by email.

Vocal applys to me by the way i speak to them and how i come across on the phone.The way i breathe and i speak weather its loudly or softly or by dropping letters at the begining or end of a sentences.

Verbal - applies to me because over the phone you need to know what your talking about. You need to use positive words rather than common words that we use within our company. So customers can understand and relate to what im talking about rather than confusing them.

 Tonight during our lesson it when very quickly as we all got on with our work we learnt about accounting model which explains all about moods of customer and customer service reps.it showed were we all should be how we should react to customers and what our aims are.We did postive and negative of contactual approch, and how are parties need to agree. 
and all the differnt ego states.

 While i was at work durig the week a customer called he was very irrate he had recived a door dark wood on white and he wanted and outerframe to match. I explained that he couldnt have it as it was available as an option so he went mad i said i would pull out the order and call him back.
when i found his order he had asked for a darkwood on white frame and we hadn't queried it because we hadn't sean it. He had writing it in the wrong place so we hadn't seen it so to be fair it was both our faults.When i called him back i explained the situation i apolgised and said we would replace it but it would have to be rosewood not darkwwod he wasn't happy but he agreed. The only problem i had after that was he wanted it with in a week wich wouldn't of give our factory enough time to make it. i did it for him as i believe it was the right thing to do to keep him happy he is a big customer and i didnt want to loose there business he went away very happy.

 Today at work i had a very irritated customer on the phone because me and a colleges and not queired something which was very  important which had resulted in a product being in  correct. 
Which will also cost the company a lot of money.

Any way Katherine was her usual bitchy self carrying on about crap that nobody cares about also i find her very abusive and her attitude toward myself at the rest of our colleges stinks she dosent care about any body but herself i find her very intimidating and personaly think that she thinks she is the boss(when your good enough),Martin also realy pissed me off but what is new. Any way to some up my day i think Katherine is a nasty bitch so my message is
